Williams is among the more than 125 colleges and universities participating in the MISO (Measuring Information Service Outcomes) survey.
By participating in the MISO survey in February 2018, Williams students, faculty, and staff members will help provide our library and technology services with the data we need to assess the frequency of use, importance, satisfaction, and knowledge of our services, resources, and facilities.
Additionally, the survey provides comparative data that may be used to put the results of our campus into context, and provides the opportunity to ask if results at Williams are typical among comparable colleges, or whether they stand out (positively or negatively) in any particular way.
The MISO website provides additional information and comparative data for those who would like to know more. If you have comments or questions, please contact Nadine Nance.
