From April 3-23, 2023, we administered the LibQUAL survey. 208 members of the Williams community responded, providing us with both quantitative and qualitative data. See the LibQUAL 2023 report for detailed analyses, and the Director of Libraries’ responses to LibQUAL comments.
LibQUAL is a survey developed by the Association of Research Libraries to measure library service quality and identify best practices. It is especially useful because we can benchmark our results against other institutions and, to a lesser extent, compare data from this year’s survey with data from the LibQUAL survey we administered in 2012, and the MISO survey that we administered in 2018.
Thanks for helping us to improve library services.
