Williams Foodways

Freshman Class Supper, Williams College, 1887Food is ubiquitous but such a meaningful part of our lives.  Williams Foodways presents photographs, letters, menus, yearbooks and account books to uncover what we ate, where it came from, where we ate and with whom from the 1790s to the present.  Come experience salmon wiggle on rusk as well as other delicacies.

The exhibit is on view in the Schow Gallery (4th floor of Sawyer Library) through January during regular Special Collections hours.
