Troubleshooting Installation

Current Version?

If the widget won't install, make sure you have the latest version of Firefox - this is currently Firefox 3.0.

Download Error?

You may get a "Download Error -228" error when you try to install the widget.  This can be caused by having the cache turned off in Firefox, or by some Windows security measures.  The easiest way around this is to install manually.

Installing Manually

1. Download the XPI extension file (right-click the link and choose Save Link As...).
2. Drag the XPI file onto a Firefox window.
3. Firefox should install the extension and prompt you to restart.
