Jonathan, Thanks for your suggestion. We are currently arranging to have the chairs reupholstered since that was a problem about which we were aware. On the mechanical problems you mention, we will track the defective chairs down and replace or adjust the mechanical system involved.

Hello. I strongly encourage you to replace the chairs in the first floor computer area that sink when you sit in them. They are numerous and extremely annoying. Thank you.
