Interlibrary Loan materials processed through ILLiad are already routed to Schow. It is the books processed through Virtual Catalog or NExpress that are not sent over. Our Circulation/Reserve committee has recently looked into providing this service, however so far, we have not been able to provide flexibility in pick-up locations. I will forward your suggestion to the Circulation/Reserve committee to make sure that this gets back on to the agenda.

Is it possible to arrange for pickup of inter-library loan material at the circulation desk in Schow rather than Sawyer (perhaps by each individual setting a preference in their library account profile)? Thanks! Jason
