An error in the Library of Congress catalog record for this title was the cause of this oddity. The book "Ancient Jomon of Japan" has been reclassed and relabeled to GN776.3.J6 H225 2004.

Hi - I came across a book - Ancient Jomon of Japan by Junko Habu - that seems miscatalogued, owing to a typo on the copyright page. The Library of Congress has GN776.3 etc. not G776.3 etc. I noticed it while browsing as obviously in the wrong place. I notice this kind of thing from time to time.
