Sawyer Library, the main campus
library, houses collections in the arts, humanities, and social sciences, and is a federal depository library. It also houses the libraries' administrative offices.
Schow Science Library, located in the Science Center, houses materials in the life sciences, physical sciences, and psychology.
Archives and Special Collections, houses materials on the history of
the college and additional research collections. CLOSED until fall 2014.
Chapin Library of
Rare Books, houses rare
books, illustrated books, incunabula, manuscripts, and original printings of
American founding documents. CLOSED until fall 2014.
Note: the Matt Cole Library collections were transferred to Sawyer Library and Schow Science Library. After relocation of the Center for Environmental Studies to its permanent home, a reading room will be created to honor the memory of Matt Cole.
