  1. Using the Advanced Search, enter your search terms, using and between terms and "quotes" for phrases.
    • Example: iran and nuclear and "united states"
  2. Keep default "Citation and document text" from the drop-down menu.
  3. In a separate search box, choose "Document type" from the drop-down menu, then choose "Browse document types" and select "Editorial", then "Add to Search" and then "Continue" (at bottom of page).
  4. NOTE: For International Newsstand only, type dtype (comment* or opinion or editorial) in the separate search box, keeping default of "Citation and document text".
  5. Specify Date Range.

Enter Search Terms. Use either "terms and connectors" or "natural language" buttons, depending on your preference. "Natural language" is simpler.

Add Index Terms: open the [+] show  feature and select from the "Subject" list "Editorials & Opinions". Select terms from the "Region" or "Industry" lists as needed.

Select Sources. "News, All (English, Full Text)" is most comprehensive.
