This form is for requesting an item with the location of STORAGE in FRANCIS. Items requested before 12:00 noon will be available for pick-up at the Sawyer Circulation Desk after 4:00 p.m. Requests made electronically after 12:00 noon on Friday will be retrieved on Monday. If you need a storage item over the weekend, please complete a paper request form at the Circulation Desk.
