Propose a Library Exhibit

Log Out

While library displays may be related to events on campus, they must be organized around an intellectual theme and feature the library collections. See the Sawyer Library Lobby Display history for past examples. Our ability to mount displays in cooperation with people outside the library is also dependent on the availability of space in the display schedule and of a librarian to coordinate. With that in mind, please answer these preliminary questions to propose a display:

Name
Status
Email
Title What is the title of the proposed display?
Location (subject to availability)
Theme What is the theme of the display? (i.e. body image, evolution, etc.)
Event Is it related to an event on campus? If yes, specify the event and dates.
Library
Collections
How does the proposed display relate to the library collections? Give examples of library materials (books, DVDs, magazines, etc.) that you might expect to use in the display.
Other
Materials
What other materials (objects, signs) do you expect to use?
