Both Sawyer Library and Schow Science Library offer print and electronic reserve services. Reserves are commonly used to provide supplemental readings, to make an item available throughout an entire semester, and to provide a convenient locale for students to use required materials. Books, copies of articles, problem sets, answer keys, video recordings, and sound recordings can be placed on reserve. Reserve items may be copies of materials the library owns or personal copies.
See the reserves section of the library request forms page to submit reserve requests. Lists should be submitted two weeks before the start of classes and at least one week before material is needed during the term.
