Printing Troubleshooting

If you are waiting for a print job to print, make sure you have: 

  1. Clicked through all the print and PaperCut dialog boxes:

    Login:

    login

    Confirm:

    confirm


  2. Printed using the application's print function, not the browser's print function.

  3. Selected the correct printer.
    Sawyer:  Sawyer-Circ-Public (1st floor), Sawyer-Lab-1 (2nd floor lab), Sawyer-Lab-2 (lower level lab)
    Schow: Schow-Public or Schow-Lab.

  4. Remained logged in until you have successfully retrieved the print job from the printer.
